Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • At least 2 years of experience using XERO.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with key contacts within our client organizations.
  • While formal qualifications aren’t necessary, any accredited accounting courses will be considered an advantage.

About the Role:

This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing complex weekly invoicing to clients.
  • Organizing and cross-referencing weekly timesheets with our CRM system and CLICK-UP.
  • Following up with clients on overdue invoices.
  • Processing weekly payroll for BG staff and our doctors.
  • Handling invoices payable.
  • Addressing invoicing and payroll inquiries.
  • Performing bank reconciliations and tracking receipts.
  • Managing debtors.
