ULTRA MOBILE is on the lookout for a skilled Design Systems Manager to join our Marketing Team. This role reports directly to the Senior Creative Director of Experience Design and operates in a hybrid capacity.
This hybrid position offers the flexibility of both remote and on-site work. Ideal candidates should live within commuting distance of our Costa Mesa, CA headquarters and be available to work on-site at least once a week or as required.
As a Design Systems Manager, you will oversee the strategic development and upkeep of our design systems across multiple platforms and brands. You will play a crucial role in refining design workflows, tools, and processes to boost team efficiency and ensure consistent design standards.

In accordance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $110,000 - $145,000. Actual compensation depends on various factors, including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location.
