You’ll collaborate with talented product managers, UX/UI designers, researchers, and remotely with engineering teams in the US, India, and the UK. Job Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Tackle design challenges from start to finish, turning business strategies, research insights, and data into innovative new products and features while enhancing existing workflows.
  • Sketch and prototype concepts to quickly evaluate their feasibility, then design detailed workflows and interactions.
  • Use design thinking to align cross-functional teams and inspire them with storytelling that conveys the team’s vision and the problems being solved.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to consistently deliver experiences that achieve business objectives and address user needs.
  • Iterate based on feedback from your team and cross-functional partners.
  • Lead and mentor within the Product Design team, collaborating with other designers to elevate the team's work and overall performance.

Your Skillset

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Passionate about creating innovative experiences that address real customer pain points while driving measurable business results, and skilled at finding the right balance.
  • Utilize data and research to guide your design choices and assess the impact of your work using both quantitative and qualitative metrics.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Bonus: Experience in B2B, HR, or productivity sectors, or dealing with communication systems for knowledge workers.
  • Proven experience using design thinking to drive cross-functional alignment and storytelling.
  • Partnered with Product teams to develop long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
  • Strong empathy and a user-centered approach to design.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a positive, supportive environment and collaborating with a high-caliber, cross-functional team that supports your growth.
  • Possess a portfolio that demonstrates compelling, high-quality design and a track record of advancing design initiatives.
