We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Regional Marketing Manager for the DACH region (maternity cover) to join our dynamic go-to-market team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong customer relationships through targeted marketing campaigns, online events, and various other channels. Additionally, you will support the broader marketing team in executing campaigns and meeting team KPIs.

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Marketing for EMEA/APAC and can be remote or hybrid, depending on location.

How You’ll Make an Impact

The ideal candidate is confident in making impactful decisions and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for professional interactions with international customers and colleagues. Your main objective will be to coordinate and implement marketing programs and campaigns, driving growth and enhancing Wrike's brand recognition, pipeline, and revenue across the DACH region.

You will collaborate with DACH field sales, corporate marketing, and digital marketing to develop demand and field marketing programs that accelerate EMEA pipeline growth. Additionally, you will keep the sales team informed and educated about new and planned marketing activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching, selecting, designing, and managing live events to ensure a cohesive strategy across all phases—pre-event, at-event, and post-event.
  • Developing and executing localized webinars.
  • Implementing a targeted account strategy to support account-based selling.
  • Working with the marketing team to produce assets for field marketing events.
  • Forecasting, measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of marketing programs.

You Will Excel in This Role If You Have

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in the DACH region.
  • Fluency in both German and English (verbal and written).
  • Experience in driving marketing efforts for a high-tech, B2B organization.
  • Experience in implementing targeted account strategies to support account-based selling.
  • A strong understanding of customer journeys and sales touchpoints.
  • A degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience partnering with Sales/Account Management teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns.
