As a UX Designer II, you will play a crucial role in shaping digital experiences for millions globally. You’ll be involved in everything from brainstorming to execution, helping to create detailed designs that align with business goals and enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to design intuitive user experiences.
  • Use the UX design process to conceptualize and deliver mockups.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs with a strong focus on aesthetics, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Utilize tools like Figma, Figjam, and UserTesting.com.
  • Collaborate with product partners across San Francisco, Ukraine, and India to define priorities, plan projects, and design strategies for optimal outcomes.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the design system.
  • Design for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years of experience as a UX designer with a robust portfolio showcasing successful UX solutions and designs.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest web and mobile technology trends.
  • Expertise in the end-to-end UX design process, from understanding user needs to delivering refined designs.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Figjam, UserTesting.com, ChatGPT, and Generative AI.
  • A background in Conversation Design is a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and build consensus across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Proficiency in English.
