The Team: The Partnerships team collaborates with a range of businesses, from leading tech companies to freelancers, to attract new users to Jobber and enhance product experiences for our shared customers. We manage strategic relationships with major partners and oversee smaller program partners.

The Role: As a Partner Development Analyst, reporting to the Senior Manager of Partner Operations, you will drive revenue growth by uncovering new opportunities within our partner ecosystem. Your role involves developing strategies to support Partner Managers in building their pipelines. This internal-facing position is crucial for enabling Partner Managers to connect with the right contacts within organizations. The success of the team, both in the short and long term, depends on effectively reaching and engaging the right people at the right organizations, making your role vital to our ongoing success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new partner opportunities within target verticals and markets.
  • Perform data analysis to guide partner pipeline strategies and help build a pipeline of targeted prospects for our Business Development team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of competitive partner programs.
  • Analyze partnership data to identify Ideal Partner Profiles (IPP), opportunities, trends, and partner segments.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and the central analytics team to maintain accurate data for all partner accounts.
  • Ensure data quality and adherence to naming conventions, processes, and policies within Salesforce for partner accounts.
  • Respond to inquiries by understanding business needs, gathering relevant information, and providing necessary analysis.
  • Interpret analysis outputs to derive insights and recommend improvements.

Requirements for Success:

  • Proficiency in using technologies like Salesforce, SQL, Web Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau, LinkedIn, and other tools for research, analytics, and prospecting.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in business data analytics, with a proven track record of supporting business needs through data analysis.
  • Strong skills in data wrangling and transformation.
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to think creatively to gather the necessary information and connect with key individuals.
  • Proven experience in analyzing data from various sources (both quantitative and qualitative), presenting it clearly, and creating actionable insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and complex environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong drive to seek information and a proactive attitude toward making things happen.
  • A team player mentality with the ability to work independently toward ambitious goals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
