About Embroker: Embroker is a top-tier commercial insurance technology company that is transforming how businesses purchase insurance. We are searching for a Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in product-led growth to lead our marketing efforts and drive significant growth.

Role Overview: As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in executing our product-led growth strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance awareness, generate demand, and drive adoption of our cutting-edge insurance solutions. Reporting directly to the Product Marketing Director, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, managing product messaging and positioning, creating enablement materials, acting as a product advocate, and leading product launches to boost our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute go-to-market strategies for our products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch marketing campaigns that meet target objectives.

Customer Research: Partner with Product Management and Customer Experience teams to conduct customer research, prioritize new features, and inform the product roadmap.

Messaging and Positioning: Oversee product messaging and positioning, ensuring consistency across buyer personas, internal documents, and key marketing assets like whitepapers, blog posts, and website content.

Product Evangelism: Act as a product champion by organizing events and campaigns that drive customer activation and cross-sell opportunities, and engage in co-marketing efforts to highlight successful customers insured by Embroker.

Sales and Customer Success Enablement: Develop and manage a training program for sales and customer success teams, crafting content and measuring the effectiveness and ROI of the program.

Product Launches: Lead product launch efforts for new verticals, insurance products, or features by coordinating the launch process, creating internal and external content, conducting training sessions, and working with the broader marketing team to update and promote new information.

Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management and Sales teams to gain insights into customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market trends, and translate these insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, webinars, and events, aimed at lead generation and customer engagement.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics and KPIs to assess campaign performance, refine marketing efforts, and drive continuous improvement.

Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Over 5 years of experience in product marketing, particularly in the B2B SaaS or Insuretech sectors.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and hands-on experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach and a strong drive for growth and innovation.
  • Ability to work effectively across cultures within a global team.
  • Comfortable with prolonged periods of desk work and computer usage.
  • Proven ability to excel in a remote work environment.
