Job Title: Remote Designer for Swiss Cosmetic Online Store

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and creative Remote Designer to become a part of our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting visually captivating designs that strengthen our brand identity and elevate the user experience on our online platform. You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to create high-quality visuals, including website graphics, social media content, email templates, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create graphics for our website, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging visual content that reflects our brand image.
• Maintain and evolve our brand’s visual identity across all digital channels.
• Create and update product images, banners, and other visual elements for our online store.
• Design visually appealing and effective email templates and campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for web performance and user experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate best practices into your design work.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your creative design work.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Experience with Shopify and a solid understanding of e-commerce design principles.
• Proficiency in designing and managing email campaigns in Klaviyo.
• Knowledge of web design principles and experience with UI/UX design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work within the Swiss time zone.
