We are seeking a motivated, customer-centric Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a bridge between our customers (both new and existing) and our internal teams, including product engineering, marketing, partnerships, and customer success. Your role will involve facilitating the adoption of Snyk within new organizations while also contributing to the continuous development of our offerings.
Becoming a technical product authority, advocate, and mentor, delivering impactful technical sales experiences to our customers and partners.
Educating customers and partners on the benefits of adopting open-source and cloud-native technologies, while emphasizing the importance of secure development practices.
Leading the technical aspects of the sales process, including product demonstrations, managing technical proof of concepts (POCs), showcasing product expertise, and sharing best practices.
Collaborating with sales, engineering, product, and customer success teams to develop solutions that address our customers' challenges.
Influencing and guiding the development of new features based on your insights and customer feedback.
5-8 years of experience in enterprise solution engineering, development, or enterprise security consulting roles.
A proven ability to manage and exceed customer expectations throughout the entire customer lifecycle, especially with Global 2000 companies.
Experience in engaging and presenting to a wide range of audiences, from executives to practitioners.
Deep understanding of the developer and DevOps ecosystems, as well as application security best practices.
A passion for learning new technologies and an inquisitive nature about how things work behind the scenes.
Familiarity with a broad range of programming languages and their functionalities.
Strong planning and execution skills, including setting milestones, over-communicating, aligning resources, and satisfying stakeholders.
Experience working closely with highly technical audiences.
A collaborative mindset with a strong cultural fit for a one-team environment.
An appreciation for diversity and a love for engaging with people from all backgrounds.
Ability to navigate and connect with stakeholders in large enterprise settings.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

A background in development or deep security expertise.
Experience in a direct or matrixed role, with a demonstrated ability to work across diverse functional teams.
Familiarity with the channel ecosystem.
Prior experience as an enterprise or strategic sales engineer.

Estimated salary range: $60,000 — $120,000/year, based on similar roles.
