  • Project Oversight: Oversee website projects (design, CRO, UX/UI) from start to finish, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget.
  • User Research & Goal Setting: Work closely with clients and the team to define user needs, set project goals, KPIs, and timelines for successful project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold high design standards throughout the project lifecycle and ensure their proper implementation.
  • Reporting & Communication: Regularly update clients on progress, keeping them informed and gathering feedback throughout the design process.

Design-Specific Responsibilities:

  • Design Execution: Create user interfaces (UI) that are visually appealing, intuitive, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Design Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet project deadlines without compromising on design quality.
  • Design Maintainability & Scalability: Ensure that designs are well-documented, adhere to established design systems, and can be easily adapted for future website updates.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop clear and organized wireframes and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and facilitate user testing.
  • Usability Testing Success: Successfully conduct usability testing and iterate on designs to meet usability objectives.
  • Information Architecture Effectiveness: Design and implement information architecture that improves user navigation and findability on websites.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an agency setting.
  • Experience in Financial Services or a willingness to expand knowledge in this sector.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in UX/UI design with a focus on information architecture for websites.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with developers, visual designers, content creators, and clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate user research data into actionable design decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
