You are the first point of contact for clients at Pushpay, representing yourself as an enthusiastic, personable, and professional individual capable of connecting our clients with our services. In this role, you will make outbound calls to potential clients who have shown interest in learning more about Pushpay or who align well with our market focus.

  • Compensation Range: $50k base + $20k variable = $70K OTE.

This position is approved for remote work in the following locations: San Diego, CA; Tampa and Orlando, FL; and Atlanta, GA. Other locations are not being considered for this role at this time.

What You'll Do

  • Work in a call center environment with a focus on metrics and performance monitoring.
  • Make outbound calls, send emails, and text messages to qualify churches and nonprofits for the Pushpay platform.
  • Make at least 70 cold outbound calls to potential customers daily.
  • Schedule 1-2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Prospect 5-10 accounts daily and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand the challenges they face in engaging their community.
  • Conduct value-based discovery to understand prospect needs and effectively communicate the unique value proposition of Pushpay.
  • Utilize top-tier software like Salesforce and Outreach.io to build pipeline and manage follow-ups.
  • Update account records with accurate contact details, including phone numbers and emails.
  • Build a revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Invite church leaders to webinars, events, and other educational experiences.
  • Expect prolonged periods of desk work and computer use.

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ years of inside sales experience, though it is not required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to ask insightful questions to understand prospects' challenges.
  • Ability to align business needs with solutions.
  • Positivity and resilience in interactions with your team and customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Mac OSX, Google Platforms, and Salesforce.
