We're seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Webflow AI to play a pivotal role in our company's growth.

We need a seasoned product marketer with deep expertise in positioning and go-to-market strategies to support our product team in launching AI products. You'll collaborate closely with product leadership, including having executive visibility from day one, to shape our approach to new AI features for our core audience. You'll work alongside product teams to drive these initiatives to completion, crafting positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure these investments succeed commercially. You'll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and ultimately accountable for driving business growth.

This is a highly visible, strategic role where building trust and partnerships with other marketers, as well as colleagues in Product, Content, Brand, Pricing, Sales, Integrated Marketing, Community, Education, and Partnerships, will be essential.

About the Role

  • Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Exempt
  • Compensation: Base pay varies by geographic market, aligned with the cost of labor in different regions:
    • Zone A: $162,000 - $226,500
    • Zone B: $152,000 - $212,500
    • Zone C: $143,000 - $199,000
  • Reporting to: Head of Product Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain deep expertise in Webflow’s products, use cases, and markets to launch new functionalities that benefit our customers and business.
  • Collaborate closely with product leaders to identify new investment opportunities, leading efforts on product-market fit, competitive analysis, and product scoping.
  • Launch new products with a focus on commercial success, including developing pricing and packaging strategies and partnering with sales leadership on enablement and deal support.
  • Work closely with integrated marketing to build scalable campaigns for entering new markets, including content creation, audience segmentation, PR, and demand generation.
  • Take an agile approach to go-to-market strategies, willing to test, iterate, and redefine processes for marketing new products at Webflow.
  • Beyond these responsibilities, Webflow will support you in identifying your interests and development opportunities, integrating them into your role.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B enterprise software.
  • Have experience in AI & web design/development.
  • Understand web design and development and the associated audiences.
  • Have marketed and launched technical AI products.
  • Have owned a product area end-to-end, including product strategy, positioning, go-to-market, and revenue targets.
  • Can translate complex technical concepts into simple, compelling stories.
  • Have experience crafting, iterating, and testing end-user messaging.
  • Enjoy driving and validating new initiatives and turning them into repeatable programs.
  • Have experience in product-led growth organizations or freemium business models.
  • Bonus: Have in-depth experience with Webflow or similar web development technologies.
