We are currently seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing Web Applications team. Reporting to the Engineering Managers, Web Applications, you’ll work on complex projects, contribute to both back-end and front-end tasks, and grow alongside other engineers as you develop solutions for our SaaS products that enhance scientific research efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team including data engineers, product managers, designers, and scientists to implement new features and fix bugs
  • Work closely with your team of 3-5 full-stack engineers to conduct technical investigations, design solutions, write scalable and maintainable code, and perform code reviews
  • Maintain and improve high coding standards
  • Foster a high-performance team culture and uphold outcome-focused engineering practices
  • Gain opportunities for professional growth and learning from world-class engineers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
  • Work on projects with leading global pharmaceutical companies
  • Tackle complex problems and offer fresh perspectives

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with a Python/Django back-end and a React/Typescript front-end
  • 4+ years of experience as a full-stack developer
  • A continuous improvement mindset for products, the work environment, and personal growth
  • A humble yet ambitious desire to make a positive impact alongside like-minded individuals
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
