As a Senior UX Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize solutions centered on customer needs. You’ll collect user feedback to understand their perspectives, behaviors, and goals, using these insights to craft comprehensive, engaging experiences for our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of defining project objectives by integrating high-level design direction with roadmap goals.
  • Navigate critical tasks through sprints while simultaneously planning and developing a product vision in collaboration with leadership.
  • Regularly meet with your design team to collaborate on patterns and research practices.
  • Show ownership and accountability for your team's work and results.
  • Engage with customers weekly to represent their needs throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Write thoughtful UX content to support your design solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the sprint process.
  • Guide your sprint team on which UX methods and activities will best enhance customer understanding in different scenarios.
  • Conduct independent research to understand customer needs and validate assumptions.
  • Report your findings and offer recommendations.
  • Create design deliverables ready for engineering, using a component library or existing content, to ensure features are implemented every three weeks.
  • Oversee sprint deliverables to protect the intended customer experience.
  • Mentor your team members as needed.
  • Advocate for UX processes across various stakeholder touchpoints.
  • Serve as the primary user advocate throughout the product experience, helping others understand the customer’s perspective.
  • Report on product area insights and recommendations to your cross-functional and design teams.

Who You Are:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, including at least 1 year in B2B product design.
  • You are an effective communicator—clear, concise, and persuasive.
  • Your portfolio demonstrates expertise in design thinking, visual design, interaction design, and user research.
  • You possess a learning mindset, are intellectually curious, and eager to grow.
  • You have experience in developing SaaS products.
  • You thrive as a subject matter expert.
  • You have worked in an agile software development environment.
  • You are committed to customers and your craft, insisting on being involved in product decisions from concept to completion.
  • You enjoy problem-solving, learning, and collaborating with your design team.
  • You are driven by understanding user behavior and have experience designing complex experiences.
  • Your UI designs exhibit a high degree of visual polish, and you communicate detailed interactions effectively with engineers.
  • You know how to gather customer data, perform heuristic evaluations, create journey maps, and apply other UX activities to create usable, lovable products.
  • You maintain high standards and continuously update your knowledge of design thinking and UX best practices.
  • You understand how feature-level decisions impact the overall user experience and are prepared to collaborate with your design team.
  • You have experience working within WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
  • You are passionate about problem-solving, innovation, and eliminating friction from user experiences.
  • You excel in collaborative teams and are dedicated to finding solutions.
  • You are resilient.
  • You manage multiple inputs, meet various deadlines, stay realistic about project releases, and know where to focus your efforts.
