Job Description

  • Join a dynamic, growing company and contribute to various pioneering initiatives.
  • Create and implement a revenue-focused US field marketing strategy, with a quarterly-updated 6-month rolling plan aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Position Storyblok as a thought leader in the US market through targeted campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Use ICP account-centric marketing tactics to drive demand in the enterprise segment across the US.
  • Develop and oversee a strong partner marketing program aimed at driving mutual growth.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing field and partner marketing team to achieve ambitious growth goals.
  • Recruit and cultivate top marketing talent to support the team’s growth and success.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify market opportunities, improve campaign performance, and measure ROI.
  • Evaluate marketing activity performance and ICP Account Intent progression to optimize ROI.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on marketing experience, including marketing plan development, vendor management, event execution, and tactic implementation.
  • Previous experience leading teams, including hiring and managing organizational change.
  • Proven track record of working with sales teams to drive awareness and sales.
  • Prior experience in Partner/Channel Marketing.
  • Ability to align tactical plans with overall strategies.
  • Strong consultative marketing skills to engage with sales and channel partners effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing technology and principles.
  • Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Motivated individual thriving in a fast-paced team environment, adaptable to changing market and organizational needs.
  • Ability to deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Focused on data and metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
  • Effective at networking and leveraging both internal and external resources.
