As the Director of Provider Marketing at InStride Health, you will be instrumental in advancing our mission and driving awareness, engagement, and conversions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and implement strategic marketing initiatives that effectively communicate our value proposition to key audiences, including referring providers, employers, and payors, building strong connections with these stakeholders.
Reporting to the VP of Patient Acquisition, and working closely with the Director of Consumer Marketing, you will represent the InStride brand.
Develop and execute comprehensive provider-focused marketing strategies aligned with business goals, market trends, and audience insights to increase brand visibility, drive patient acquisition, and support revenue growth.
Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting healthcare providers, with a focus on boosting patient referrals and strengthening provider partnerships.
Lead the creation and implementation of a provider, employer, and payor-focused market launch plan as InStride expands into new regions, considering local market conditions.
Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies for better results.
Strengthen InStride’s brand identity by ensuring consistent messaging across all provider-facing channels, clearly communicating the unique value proposition for each audience.
Oversee provider-facing digital marketing efforts, including paid ads, email campaigns, and SEO.
Partner with internal teams and external agencies to produce impactful marketing content.
Develop and execute a marketing roadmap for employer and payor audiences.
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive activity.
Plan and execute conference/event strategies to boost brand recognition and credibility.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, employer groups, and payors.
Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in leading multi-channel marketing strategies, preferably in healthcare, mental health, or related fields. Previous experience in provider marketing is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and persuasive manner.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships, both through direct leadership and by influence.
Strong attention to detail, with exceptional organizational skills.

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
