As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in helping the marketing team meet revenue targets through effective email marketing, lead management, and optimizing technology. This highly collaborative position is essential for ensuring visibility into our sales pipeline and automating the customer journey. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Demand Generation and work within the broader SevenRooms Marketing team.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Operations

  • Handle the intake, creation, and execution of numerous marketing campaigns in Marketo, aimed at engaging prospects and customers through emails, events, and landing pages.
  • Manage and segment email lists in Marketo to deliver targeted and relevant messaging.
  • Improve email content and design to maximize deliverability and engagement.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Design campaign workflows, including validation rules, triggers, alerts, automated responses, and accurate Salesforce campaign tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a B2B marketing automation role.
  • Expertise in Marketo, particularly its integration with Salesforce.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and assess their business impact.
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent business acumen, thriving in cross-team project management, and strong internal communication regarding project timelines and objectives.
