As the Lead UX Designer, you should possess extensive expertise in user research, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and digital product development.
You will be responsible for overseeing the UX strategy for client engagements.
Leading a team of designers across one or multiple projects involves more than delegating tasks—it's about ensuring effective collaboration.
As the Lead UX Designer, you’ll also be expected to manage client expectations and deliver results.
We approach design both thoughtfully and practically, applying a consultative method to our process.
You'll still be hands-on and involved in the design work, even as a leader.

Requirements
6+ years of experience designing B2C or B2B applications in an Agile environment.
Expertise in user research, experience mapping, design thinking, and brainstorming.
Ability to facilitate workshops (such as sketching, feature prioritization, card sorting) and create wireframes with research-based information architecture.
Skilled in creating wireframes and prototypes for testing and delivering to development teams or clients.
Proficiency with tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, or similar.
Experience collaborating with product teams, designers, stakeholders, and users to analyze user journeys, identify problems, and create solutions.
A portfolio showcasing experience designing across various products, platforms, and personas.
Capable of providing guidance and mentorship to a design team, steering them toward shared objectives.
Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to integrate insights and data into compelling narratives.
Ability to advocate for design's value and inspire stakeholders and team members through impactful presentations and storytelling.
Advocate for the user while balancing business and technical considerations.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Solid understanding of interaction and visual design principles.
Advanced English proficiency required.
