Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in creating and executing effective marketing strategies, including digital, thought leadership, events, PR, communications, content, and partnerships.
  • Strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, Photoshop), and Figma (preferred).
  • Data-driven with the ability to interpret metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on marketing trends and best practices.
  • Ability to think outside the box and approach problems in unique ways.
