About the Role:

The Partner Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing Manufacturer Relationships and plays a key role in developing strategic go-to-market plans with partners. This role ensures the health of strategic and high-growth partnerships by coordinating various touchpoints. Reporting to the VP of Partner Marketing, the Specialist collaborates closely with the demand generation marketing team, business unit leaders, engineering, and sales teams to execute all deliverables.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop marketing strategies and manage the collection of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) for assigned partners.
  • Work with Channel Partners to meet all requirements for claim processing and timely payment.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of the MDF program.
  • Understand the company’s business structure and go-to-market strategy, integrating partners into company-wide tactics.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, business unit leaders, engineering, and marketing events teams to support go-to-market initiatives.
  • Assist manufacturers in identifying business leads and ensuring a return on their investments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Interests:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in channel or partner marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Independent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills for interacting with employees, vendors, clients, and upper management.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
