About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager - Buyer Experience will focus on driving adoption, engagement, and retention of products and services that serve StockX buyers in both physical and digital spaces. This role involves collaboration with teams such as Product Management, Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Research, and Business Operations to shape strategy and execute go-to-market efforts for new products and marketing campaigns.

You are a driven leader with strong cross-functional skills. A problem solver with empathy, you excel at project management and are skilled at communicating complex technical and creative topics. You use data to enhance the customer experience and approach each day with a growth mindset, believing that curiosity and adaptability fuel innovation. You also have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, Operations, or Strategy Consulting
  • A proven track record of launching successful products or campaigns, working across teams, and tailoring communications for various audiences
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven marketing
  • A passion for e-commerce, branding, and customer experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing strategies for new product initiatives aimed at enhancing the buyer experience on our platform.
  • Execute messaging strategies for product launches, developing content that clarifies the customer experience, addresses key questions, and ensures smooth business operations.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to conduct product marketing analysis, interpret data, and present actionable insights.
  • Define success metrics and continuously evaluate and refine your strategies to optimize outcomes.
  • Communicate new product features and updates to internal teams.
  • Advocate for the customer at every touchpoint, identifying pain points and opportunities to improve their experience.

StockX is committed to fair hiring practices and will consider qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records, in line with local regulations. The base salary range for this role is $80,500 to $110,000, with additional benefits such as medical, dental, equity, and bonuses. Compensation may vary by location.
