What You'll Do:

• Develop a data-driven strategy to expand the reach of CoW DAO’s channels and execute the plan.
• Create testing strategies tailored to each product’s growth and marketing goals.
• Manage the master plan for marketing attribution.
• Ensure the attribution tech stack is up-to-date and capable of providing necessary insights; resolve data inconsistencies as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to establish and maintain performance dashboards, and consistently report on your initiatives to the broader team.
• Present recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness based on thorough data analysis.
• Negotiate with media partners to secure better rates over time.
• Partner with the frontend team to brainstorm growth hacks, offers, and affiliate programs.
• Support the marketing team on SEO, CRO, PR, GTM planning, and creative tasks, leveraging your expertise.
• Participate in collaborative sessions to ensure successful execution of go-to-market strategies.
• Advocate internally for your marketing work.

Who You Are:

• An expert in growth and performance marketing with a proven record of delivering successful campaigns and channel strategies.
• Proficient with attribution tools like Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, and Matomo, with the ability to set up marketing tech from scratch.
• Skilled in interpreting complex data to drive strategic decisions.
• Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and excellent at prioritizing tasks.
• Collaborative, creative, resilient, and highly focused.
• An outstanding communicator, able to explain your ideas and gain internal support.
