Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Over 7 years of experience as a software engineer or in a related role
• Proficient and confident English communicator
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working collaboratively and communicating openly with distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated history of successfully shipping software and apps (include names and links on your resume)
• Over 5 years of commercial experience with front-end frameworks like React or Vue, and back-end frameworks such as NodeJS, Rails, Django, Go, Elixir, Java, Flask, or Laravel
• Strong skills in technical design and development
• Experience with Continuous Integration
• Proven experience working within distributed teams in a remote setup
• Meticulous attention to detail in code, unit tests, and commit messages
• Ability to handle rapid development cycles and tight deadlines
