We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer to join our expanding team. With a user base of 30 million teachers and students, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the education sector.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting user research and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data to uncover user challenges
• Contributing to design brainstorming sessions
• Developing wireframes, prototypes, or high-fidelity designs, depending on the project
• Writing detailed design specifications
• Collaborating with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of your designs
• Organizing usability tests and running A/B experiments

You should apply if you:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in web or app design
• Are capable of self-management and staying motivated while working remotely
• Take an evidence-based approach to problem-solving
• Have a background in user research and are passionate about advocating for users
