• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional presentation skills, delivering clear and compelling content.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams within the agency to develop strategies, recommendations, and deliverables.
• In-depth knowledge of branding, brand communication, digital experiences, and marketing campaigns.
• Strong conceptual thinking and brainstorming capabilities.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Receptive to feedback from the Creative Director and able to provide constructive feedback to others.
• Excellent listening skills, with the ability to understand client needs and target audiences.
• Consistently meets copy deadlines or seeks approval from the AE/CD for extensions when needed.
• Maintains professional courtesy towards clients and colleagues, respecting their work and schedules.
