Change.org is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead lifecycle strategies and enhance key customer journey touchpoints that drive user engagement on our platform. You will report to the Associate Director of Lifecycle Marketing and play a pivotal role in crafting, refining, and improving dynamic user experiences. In addition, you'll mentor lifecycle marketing managers and establish a center of excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategies to boost user engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap for experiments aimed at improving new user retention.
  • Optimize user journeys and marketing campaigns to enhance performance.
  • Coach and develop lifecycle marketing managers in data analysis, storytelling, and experimentation.
  • Streamline processes to accelerate content creation and experiment velocity.

Essential Skills and Expertise:

  • Strong background in lifecycle marketing strategy, project management, and customer segmentation, leveraging tools to optimize campaigns.
  • Experience in planning and executing experiments to enhance user engagement and monetization.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with design, product, and brand teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Expertise in customer journey mapping and identifying key engagement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a history of mentoring teams.

Ideal Experience:

  • At least six years of lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in large consumer marketplaces, e-commerce, or tech sectors.
  • Over two years of people management experience.
  • Proficiency in cross-channel marketing platforms (e.g., Iterable or Braze) and experience expanding marketing beyond email to web, SMS, push notifications, etc.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time position open to candidates based in the U.S., U.K., or Latin America.
  • We can hire in specific U.S. states, as well as in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, and the U.K.
  • Compensation is based on a transparent salary scale, with the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager role in London earning £82,500 annually.
