Overview

• Collaborate closely with Warp's engineering team to design and prototype product experiences using Figma.
• Play a critical role in shaping the product design strategy by applying user-centered design thinking, especially in cross-functional team environments.
• Develop and refine every aspect of new product features, from conceptualization to UX design to flawless execution.
• Lead projects from start to finish alongside engineers to bring your vision to life.

• You have the skills and experience to independently manage projects from beginning to end.
• You deeply understand developers' needs and are motivated to enhance their interaction with tools.
• You’re dedicated to building strong relationships with non-designers, working together to create the best product for users.
• You possess strong communication skills, fostering inclusive and empathetic collaboration, and are able to engage the entire team in meaningful discussions.
• Bonus Points:
  • Familiarity with developer experience
  • Basic coding skills or terminal usage
  • Experience with rapid prototyping and/or motion design
