What We’re Seeking:

Position Overview:

The primary objective of the Sales Development Representative is to spark interest in our products among companies, leading to live or phone-based meetings for our Business Development Managers. This will be achieved through a blend of inbound and outbound efforts, strategic outreach based on industry insights, and personalized communication.

This role demands persistence, creative problem-solving, and a proactive approach to B2B sales.

The Sales Development Representative should be comfortable managing a large volume of leads and possess sound judgment under pressure while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Attention to detail and effective time management to meet service-level agreements (SLAs) are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification:

  • Research and qualify marketing-generated leads.
  • Plan and execute prospecting activities (using outreach tools, SalesForce, cold calling, and email) to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Identify prospects' needs and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Schedule meetings or calls between prospective customers and sellers.
  • Record all activity and maintain database accuracy.

Sales Support:

  • Communicate with customers, make outbound calls, and follow up on leads.
  • Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Answer customer questions and send additional information via email.
  • Stay updated on product and service information to accurately describe features.
  • Achieve opportunity and meeting targets.
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

Education and Experience:

  • 3-4 years of education in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of sales development or account management experience in a B2B environment, ideally in SaaS, IT, or online education.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, along with the ability to multitask, manage projects, and work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential. Experience in new business development is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and basic data analysis skills are required.

The anticipated base salary for this role ranges from $55,000 to $60,000, with potential bonus eligibility. Salary offers are based on qualifications, experience, skills, education, and market factors.
