The Sr. Manager of Design Services oversees multiple teams, ensuring operational and creative excellence in designing automotive website interfaces and digital marketing assets for Cars Commerce clients. This leader is experienced in managing people and processes, accountable for enhancing workflows and meeting key performance metrics. A deep technical and creative understanding is essential, including adherence to brand guidelines, quick adaptation to deadlines, and attention to detail. This role requires the ability to mentor teams, resolve conflicts, and provide strategic direction to both managers and individual contributors.
Key responsibilities include auditing operational processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and managing employee performance. This role also involves leading team growth through regular meetings, coaching, and fostering development, while collaborating with marketing and product teams to deliver high-quality, timely design solutions.
