Overview

Welcome to the Design team at LivePerson! Here, you will contribute to a dynamic, multi-faceted SaaS platform used daily by some of the world’s biggest brands. We are a frontrunner in enterprise-to-consumer communication, leveraging the most advanced AI tools available.

As a UX/UI designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers and development teams on our flagship products. Your work will have a direct impact on global brands and users who rely on our tools for call center operations, automation, and monitoring.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, visually appealing designs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback, guiding design decisions and enhancing the overall user experience.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and other design documentation to ensure a deep understanding of target users and their workflows.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless design implementation and maintain design consistency across products.
  • Advocate for user-centric design principles and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the organization.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer in a mid to senior-level role (3-5+ years).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UX/UI projects, including SaaS products and B2B solutions.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
  • Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Availability to work from midday to evening (advantageous).
