As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will work closely with clients to fully understand their unique business goals and develop comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for a portfolio of clients, fostering strong and trusted relationships with each one.
- Gather, document, and communicate client goals and feedback to cross-functional teams (including coordinators, designers, developers, and SEM specialists).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on ABM, lead generation, and attribution.
- Lead regular client meetings (biweekly or monthly) to review KPIs, provide updates on deliverables, and discuss program progress based on the scope.
- Advise and educate clients on digital marketing best practices that inform the strategic direction of their programs.
- Address client inquiries or concerns regarding program performance, offering strategic and tactical solutions.
- Utilize data analytics to extract actionable insights, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for ongoing campaign optimization.
- Work closely with Sales to provide a comprehensive service that drives revenue growth.
- Develop, present, and execute holistic growth marketing strategies that align with client objectives, focusing on user acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
- At least 1 year of client-facing experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in SEO, PPC, ABM, and Content Marketing.
- Preferred experience in the B2B and/or industrial/manufacturing sectors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush, AHRefs, Google Ads, Optmyzer, Google Search Console), LinkedIn analytics, Google Data Studio, A/B testing software, and chatbot plugins.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot).
- Experience with our specific tech stack: HubSpot, Google Marketing Suite (GA4, GSC, Looker Studio), and WordPress is preferred.
- Preferred certifications include HubSpot (Email, Inbound), Google Analytics, Google Ads, and/or project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
